Hunter Jacques

POUNCIVAL

Born in Wellington, New Zealand, Hunter began dancing aged eight, in addition to studying singing, speech and drama. He trained in classical ballet at Dance World 301 in Melbourne, then at the New Zealand School of Dance where he achieved his Royal Academy of Dancing Advances Examination. He has also studied Cossack dancing with Kalinka Dance Company. Hunter's first professional engagement was as a member of Dance Theatre Victoria in their Australian tour Hunter has more recently performed in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat touring Singapore, Hong Kong and New Zealand. He looks forward to entertaining Australian audiences in Cats Run Away To The Circus.
